Boarding

We offer straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Our nightly rates include maintaining your dog's feeding schedule, clean water, an orthopedic bed, playtime with indoor and outdoor options, safe and individual kennel space, medication administration, and loving attention from staff. You may select additional services for your pet's stay, including a shuttle service, a nature walk, or grooming & bathing options. The shuttle service and nature walks are found below, while grooming & bathing options are shown on their own page.

Boarding Rates:

• $35 per night for one dog

• $30 per night for each additional dog, from the same family, in the same kennel space.

  • This ensures your dogs stay together while enjoying our amenities.

• 7+ nights in a single visit gives you a 10% discount on the total boarding fee, up to a max discount of $100.

• Drop-off and pick-up windows are 4-6 PM Monday - Friday | 7-9 AM Saturday & Sunday. 

  • • There is no evening pick-up on Saturday or Sunday. 

Shuttle Service:

• One-way: $15 up to 15 miles | $25 up to 30 miles 

$10 for each additional dog in the same family | $15 for each additional dog in the same family

• Round-trip: $25 up to 15 miles | $35 up to 30 miles 

$15 for each additional dog in the same family | $25 for each additional dog in the same family

Nature Walk:

• $10 per 15- to 20-minute walk 

What to Bring:

Required Items

• Up-to-date vaccination records for Rabies, Parvo/Lepto, Distemper, and Bordetella

• Preferred food with clear instructions for meals

• Clearly labeled medications and instructions for administration 

• Leash

Optional Items

• Toys (two maximum)

• Bed if your pet prefers; one is provided

• Treats - no rawhide, please

*All services are subject to state and local sales taxes and a 3% service fee per credit card transaction.

Policies:

• All pets shall have up-to-date vaccination records on file for Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, and Parvo/Lepto, and liability waiver(s) shall be signed at or before drop-off.

• All pets shall participate in a pre-service evaluation with Dot's Canine Retreat. Service is dependent upon staff recommendation.

• Drop-off and pick-up windows are 4-6 PM Monday - Friday | 7-9 AM Saturday & Sunday. 

  • • There is no evening pick-up on Saturday or Sunday. 

• You shall pre-arrange drop-off/pick-up times outside of the designated hours with staff. Alternate times shall be approved at staff discretion only, and a $25 fee per dog will be assessed. 

• Unauthorized drop-offs or pick-ups outside of normal hours may compromise the client's ability to partner with Dot's Canine Retreat for future services.

• Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours ' notice will incur a one-night fee per dog in the reservation. This will be applied to your future reservation or grooming service. Subsequent late notice cancellations may compromise the client's ability to partner with Dot's Canine Retreat for future services.

• There is a 2-night minimum for weekend boarding stays surrounding major holidays. If space allows, this can be lifted at staff discretion.

• Drop-off/pick-up is not offered on major holidays.

• There shall be an extra fee of $5 per dog on the night before, the night of, and the night after major holidays (a total of 3 nights).
